Working from Home: Ergonomics 101.
Your home is your new office. With this novel, yet familiar space, furniture is now being repurposed or purchased to accommodate a home office which for many is their only workspace. WAVE5 can make any chair into an ergonomically friendly tool for your time at the computer or on conference calls.
How? WAVE5 offers two simple options. The first aligns your hips and back, and the second supports your overall posture from your hamstrings to the base of your neck.
To begin, select a piece of furniture that best suits your new office needs—preferably a chair with a back. Then, select position A or B.
Position A. Sit in your chair and position the two domes of your WAVE5 system between your sit bones and upper hamstrings. The domes are sandwiched between the seat of your chair and your body. Sit evenly onto the tools and adjust each dome if needed so you feel stable. Let the tools sink into the tissue. Your abdominals will automatically fire because your spine is elongated and decompressed. This position helps to naturally align your hips and spine. Position B. Sit in your chair and place one dome in the small of your lower back and the other between your shoulder blades. The domes are sandwiched in between the chair and your back. The chair is now a support to your lower back, upper back, spine, and neck. This posture targets back soreness, tight glutes, tense traps, and improves hip mobility while you work. It also alleviates back and neck pain by providing targeted pressure to your lower and middle traps, lats, and rhomboids. The domes give stable, contouring pressure throughout these regions.

Training & Conditioning at Home: Getting the Most Out of Your New Exercise Routine.
Hopefully you’ve found a new workout regimen that suits your new at-home or outdoor only exercise experience.
